My personal journey towards recovery from an eating disorder and body dysmorphia have empowered me to connect with others with empathy and authenticity.  Yoga has allowed me to view my body as a conduit of strength, and it is my passion to serve others in discovering their own strength through yoga and meditation.

I hold a B.S. in Behavioral Science and have years of experience in mental health, substance abuse, group facilitation, and medical social work settings. In addition, I am a 200 RYT currently serving as a yoga and mindful meditation facilitator in a prison and juvenile detention center in addition to serving in a shelter for women who have survived sex trafficking and prostitution.

I am the co-founder and co-facilitator of Good Vibes Tribe Cincinnati, a community focused on overcoming negative body image and embracing empowerment through yoga, mindfulness, and community.

It is my goal and life mission to empower others to find their own light within, and to then share their light with others.

In a world of inauthentic living, whether via social media, television, or even our closest relationships, let’s use this space to be authentically US. Because without the messes, the tears, and the bruises, why are we here? Let’s get messy together.
